He also holds a Bachelor's in Science in Mathematics from Shivaji University. Bharat started his career as a project intern at Honeywell (HTS) in 2002 and was eventually hired as an employee in 2003. He has since worked with several renowned companies, including Société Générale and currently serves as the Vice President of Technology at Morgan Stanley. Bharat's primary responsibilities include proposing innovative solutions for existing product problems, coming up with long-term cost-effective, high-performing architecture roadmaps for products, and constantly looking at performance and security aspects to propose architectural solutions for security vulnerabilities. He also proposes and implements best-in-class architectural solutions for big and complex systems hosted on cloud infrastructure. Bharat is highly skilled in several technologies, including Javascript, AngularJS, test, QA, infra, Senior Software Engineer, Web, SQL, dotNET, ASP.NET, Microservices, and Integration. He is also experienced in defining and creating system architecture design documents and discussing different pros and cons of any particular approach with the Architecture council.
