Bharat Prakash is a seasoned product professional and people manager with over 19 years of experience in Consulting, Product management, Product development, and Business Intelligence. He has industry experience in SaaS Software, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation Software (MAS), Digital Transformation, Enterprise content management systems, Technical communication, and Telecom. Currently, Bharat serves as the Head of Solutions Engineering for Sales & Marketing CRM at Freshworks. In this role, he manages and drives initiatives around the operational delivery capabilities of the consulting team for Freshworks CRM, enabling customers to see value in their platform. He partners with the sales team to achieve revenue goals, creates strategic business plans, and develops the team's consulting, technical, and leadership skills to achieve customer satisfaction and scale the business. Prior to joining Freshworks, Bharat worked at Adobe as a Manager of Solutions Consulting, where he led a high-performance consulting team across multiple product lines. He set strategy and goals for the team, helped the team achieve operational excellence, collaborated across functional areas, and analyzed product/solution fit to set delivery expectations. He also delivered training to customers, partners, and the sales team, provided technology guidance to new and potential partners, and managed technical accounts. Before Adobe, Bharat worked as a Software Engineer at Infosys, where he was responsible for developing automation frameworks for a large telecom client in the US. He coordinated between multiple geographic locations, designed and implemented features, and ensured successful project delivery. Bharat holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, a PGPM in Business Administration and Management from Sunstone, and completed his Higher Secondary Education from Springdales School, Pusa Road, New Delhi. He is skilled at driving collaboration between cross-functional teams, translating complex customer and sales needs into requirements, and delivering excellent solutions. He is also a subject matter expert in CRM, MarTech, and Consulting.
