Bharath started his career as a Candidate Researcher + Sourcer at Google and worked his way up to becoming an end-to-end talent acquisition individual. Prior to joining Meta, Bharath worked for Directi as a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate and Talent Acquisition Specialist. In these roles, he hired for various niche roles across the Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Design domains. He also worked closely with Hiring Managers to drive recruitment strategies, conducted market studies and intelligence for insightful and data-oriented hiring, and worked on multiple Employer Branding initiatives for attracting individuals to join Directi Group. Bharath holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University, a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same university, and a PG Diploma in Marketing Management from Karnataka State Open University, Mysore. He has a diverse tech stack background, having worked as a Research Scientist, Senior Software Engineer, and DevOps professional. Bharath is a growth hacker and an expert in employer branding. He has equipped and trained teams on social media and non-traditional hiring strategies with an emphasis on proactive pipeline building and engagement. He has also worked with Lever ATS to manage candidate pipelines.
