Bharath Gangireddy is a seasoned engineering leader with over 16 years of experience in building high-performing engineering teams, enhancing testing capabilities, product quality, release and change management, and customer satisfaction. He is currently the Co-Founder and Director of Engineering Operations and Delivery Management at Tuplescale, where he is responsible for driving the company's engineering and delivery operations. Bharath's expertise lies in leading product engineering teams and establishing best practice methodologies and processes for SDLC, configuration management, project management, delivery, and sustenance in a complex architectural landscape. He has successfully grown engineering teams from 10 to 60+ and played a pivotal role in building, scaling, and retaining a strong team of developers, architects, engineering managers, and quality engineering associates during the fast growth cycle at Netenrich. Bharath is a strong believer in the SCRUM methodology and has trained over 100 engineers in agile scrum practices. He has also driven the adoption of agile development methodology and managed releases with 10 scrum teams. He has a big-picture mindset, understanding organizational objectives, managing programs, and driving strategic changes aligned with organizational priorities. Bharath has also made significant contributions to quality engineering by building automation and white box testing capabilities in addition to customer-focused testing. He has direct and managed geo-distributed teams covering functional, regression, performance, customer implementation, and services testing. He has introduced innovative quality processes that lead to early defect discovery in-house and reduced customer found defects by 25% in just six months. Bharath holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Nagpur University and has completed his intermediate studies from Vani Junior College, Manadanapalli, and Rayalaseema Junior College, Tirupati. He also holds a degree from Maharshi Vidya Mandhir, Chittoor, and PCR Govt High School, Chittoor. Bharath's technical expertise includes senior software engineering, testing, SDET, and QA.
