Bharath Kumar is an accomplished Marketing and CX (Customer Experience) professional with more than 14 years of experience in the field. Zoho Creator is a low-code platform that simplifies application development, making it faster and more efficient. In his role, Bharath is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business objectives. Prior to joining Zoho, Bharath worked with Ramco Systems as the ERP Product Marketing Manager. In this role, he was responsible for Branding & Positioning of Ramco System's ERP unit, Digital Marketing Campaigns, Partnerships, Events Marketing, Media Relations, Press Briefings & Releases, Lead Generation, Content & Creatives, Social Media & Blogs, and Collaborating with Regional Business teams & Inside Sales teams to plan & execute regional marketing campaigns driving business objectives. Bharath also served as the Chennai Marketing Head at TinyOwl, where he was responsible for planning and executing the overall marketing strategy for the city. He designed coupons, deals, and restaurant offers for new customer acquisition, increased usage among the existing customer base through retention campaigns, and executed positive brand partnerships and alliances with players in the relevant space. Bharath holds a PGPM in Marketing from GLIM and a BE in Mining Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy - Anna University.
