Bharath Prasanna is a highly motivated and results-driven professional with over 6 years of experience in hi-tech companies and sectors across strategy, operations, finance, and technology functions. Currently, he is a Senior Ops Manager at Uber, where he is concurrently leading Strategy & Planning for South India & Sri Lanka (9 cities) and leading the Marketplace team for Bangalore, reporting directly into the Regional General Manager (South India & Sri Lanka). Bharath has a proven track record of solving real-world problems at scale and is passionate about making a difference. He has conceptualized and developed a multi-dimensional pricing framework currently used in all major Uber India cities. He has also owned the UberPOOL product for Bangalore and managed New Driver Growth. Before joining Uber, Bharath worked at Goldman Sachs in their Investment Banking Division, covering the US Tech sector (software & internet). He has a deep understanding of the tech industry and has extensive experience in financial analysis, strategy development, and operations management. Bharath holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Surathkal. He also completed an exchange semester in Business Administration and Management from Neoma Business School.
