Currently, he serves as the Head of Engineering for Lending & Money Movement Platforms at Intuit, where he drives innovation and builds strategic vision across all products. Bharath is passionate about democratizing access to capital for small businesses and consumers, and he achieves this by building AI-driven lending platforms. Bharath has a proven track record of success, having led the effort to launch QuickBooks Capital for Small businesses from the ground up, enabling Intuit to become a lender and underwrite loans. He has also played a pivotal role in the COVID relief program, leading the Paycheck Protection Program at Intuit and delivering over $1 billion in government aid to 30,000 small businesses, saving approximately 200K jobs. Throughout his career, Bharath has honed his skills in strategic business planning, platform architecture, event-driven architecture, process improvement, system architecture, workflow automation, data warehousing, test automation, REST services, C#, SpringBoot, Java, AI/ML, and more. He has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, AI specialist, SDET, and more. Bharath is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where he earned a Master's degree in Computer Science. He also holds a BE in Computer Science from SRMEC and completed his high school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
