Bharath Sridhar is a highly experienced Principal Engineer with over 13 years of relevant experience in the field of software engineering. Currently, he is employed at NoBroker.com in the same capacity. He has previously worked as a Principal Engineer at Market Medium and a Senior Software Engineer at Effiser. At Market Medium, Bharath was responsible for designing and developing a Reporting Framework to support the business's analytical needs. He also led various internal projects, documented the tech design, identified sub-tasks, implemented POCs, and guided a small team of engineers. He worked with teams across Product/QA/Implementation/DevOps to co-ordinate the delivery of new features and helped identify and resolve critical performance issues across the technology stack comprising Nginx/NodeJS/ExtJS/Javascript/Python/MySQL/Mongo. At Effiser, Bharath was amongst the first few developers to join the organization that set out to build the new generation Channel Revenue Management System. He worked across the tech stack, building the end-to-end functionality of the core modules, and helped set up integrations to bring in and synchronize master data from ERP systems. He also designed and implemented a metadata-driven, extensibility and customization framework which would enable customers to extend Business Objects and configure their views. Bharath holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka. He is proficient in a wide range of technologies, including Javascript, NodeJS, Java, SQL, UI, QA, MySQL, MongoDB, Integration, DevOps, AWS, Web, Redis, Docker, Elastic Search, Microservices, Flask, and GCP.
