Bhargav Ganguly is a Ph.D. student at Purdue University specializing in Machine Learning and Optimization. With a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in the same field, he also holds a Minor in Computer Science and Engineering. Bhargav has 1.62 years of relevant experience in the fields of Research Science and Data Science. Currently, Bhargav is working as a Research Scientist Intern at Amazon, where he is a part of the Supply Chain Optimization Technologies team. He is responsible for data-driven estimation of inventory management behavior for Amazon's vendors. Prior to this, he worked as a Quantitative Developer at JP Morgan, where he was a part of the Wholesale Credit Portfolio Model Implementation Team. He was responsible for the development of statistical loss forecasting models for CRE and CMBS loan portfolios. Bhargav has also worked as a Data Scientist Intern at Fuzzy Logix, where he developed software modules for end-to-end in-database training and validation of supervised/unsupervised ML models.
