Bhargava Ram Chekuri is a ServiceNow Developer at Walmart Global Tech, based in San Francisco, California. He has extensive experience in the ServiceNow platform, having worked with it for several years and becoming an expert as an administrator/developer. Ram started his career as an application analyst with T-Mobile, where he quickly moved up in the ServiceNow industry and became a ServiceNow developer. He then worked with Wells Fargo, where he served as the developer for support and development of Wells Fargo Software as a Service (SaaS) IT Service Management system. During this time, he honed his business analyst skills. He later took a position with Auto Desk, where he continued to work in the ServiceNow industry and spent a lot of time doing custom application development for each client and integrating designs with each client’s existing ITSM solution. As a developer and administrator, Ram has spanned across all parts of the ServiceNow platform, including implementation of Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management. He is experienced in Asset Management, CMDB, Service Level Management, and integrations including SCCM, ODBC data sources, and scripting. Ram has also worked with companies such as Boeing and PWC, where he designed and configured Change Management and Problem Management on ServiceNow instance that supported ITIL and business processes that were simple, intuitive, and easy to use. He has created various workflows for Incident Management, Change Management, Service Requests, and SLA's, and provided solutions to the Asset Management team in re-building the workflow for in and out of an asset. He has also worked on integration using SOAP/WSDL/RESTFUL and created custom scoped RESTAPI for Service catalogs. Ram holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Northwestern Polytechnic University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from California State University. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and completed his high school education from Nalanda Junior College.
