Bhargava Poludasu is an AI and ML engineering and product leader with over 20 years of relevant experience. He believes that data is the new 'oil' and AI is the new 'electricity', and is passionate about both. He is excited about the countless opportunities that these technologies present for our future. Bhargava is a hands-on solution architect who is extremely focused on delivering value and cost savings to the business by ensuring on-time and within-budget product and project delivery. He is an energetic problem solver and an information technology thought leader who has spearheaded the design and development of SAAS products and mission-critical projects. He is adept at defining and developing MVPs and product roadmaps to ensure maximum impact given budget constraints. Over the past 15 years, he has influenced products, technology, strategy, and product roadmaps. He has passionately built and galvanized 'ROCKSTAR' high-performance teams and transformed and brought order to highly chaotic IT environments. Currently, Bhargava is a Technical Program Manager for AI and ML at Google Research, where he is focused on closing the satisfaction gap between the next billion users and the first billion users, especially Indic languages using Natural Language techniques. He is running the collaboration between Google Research and Google Search and Speech teams to list and prioritize ideas that will help close the Information Satisfaction Gap. He also helps the Machine learning steering committee for Google to deliver ML Vision and Policy. Bhargava has worked with other top companies like Facebook and Sage Intacct in the past. At Facebook, he was a Technical Program Manager for Integrity ML Infrastructure, while at Sage Intacct, he was a Principal Product Manager for AI/ML, focusing on GL outlier detection and predictive renewals. Bhargava has a B Tech degree in Engineering and Mining Machinery from IIT Dhanbad. His tech stack includes AI, ML, research scientist, NLP, infra, search, senior software engineer, and product manager.
