Bhargavi Jansari is a results-driven Senior Operations Manager with over 11 years of experience in human resources and operations management. She is currently leading the HR Operations for the o2h group, an early-stage drug discovery and software development company, where she oversees a team of more than twenty highly talented professionals. In this role, she manages the employee life cycle, statutory compliances, and overall HR businesses for o2h verticals. Bhargavi is passionate about her work and always eager to connect with other people around the world. She enjoys all aspects of her job, but her favorite stage of a project is working with different people or business leaders to understand their business objectives. As they go through the collaborative process, the ideas start to flow, and that’s always the fun part. Before joining o2h, Bhargavi worked for one of the leading NBFC – GRUH FINANCE LTD, where she gained enough exposure to learn compliance, payroll, and core HR work. She is truly grateful for the amazing leaders and mentors she worked with during her time there. Bhargavi holds an MBA from GU and LLB, DLP, which strengthens her profile. She also has a diploma in labor law and a postgraduate diploma in financial analysis from Gujarat University. She completed her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Commerce from Gujarat University, and her Bachelor of Commerce from Muktajivan School. Bhargavi’s tech stack includes research scientist and software engineer.
