Bhaskar Mishra is an experienced product leader with a focus on decoding human conversations and building AI-enabled contact centers. He has a rich background in building products around customer engagement, retention, marketing, growth, and machine learning and data products. Bhaskar has shipped data products in areas such as supply performance, revenue optimization, and marketing, and customer-facing products in retention, user profile, lodging/supply, and hotels. He has worked with multiple stakeholders in different geographical regions and has been part of Expedia brands in B2C and B2B SaaS. Currently, Bhaskar is the Head of Product at Mihup, where he leads the product management space to unlock opportunities in human-to-human and human-to-machine voice communication. He is leading the team of product, data/BI, and design, and his products include virtual interaction analyst, automated virtual agent for call centers, and automated virtual agent for cars and embedded systems. Bhaskar owns the product vision and goals and establishes a clear outcome, metric-based value proposition for Mihup customers. He has launched the most impactful NLP solution in the segment and created hooks in the product for customer delight and retention. Before joining Mihup, Bhaskar was a co-founder of Indwalk, where he intended to provide customers with a unique travel experience in the wellness space. He was also a product manager at Expedia, where he set up the product vision and strategy for engagement and retention, data and analytics. Bhaskar has a degree in computer science from RGPV and has also attended Christ Church Boys School. His tech stack includes AI, product management, NLP, ML, and NLU, and he has relevant experience of 18.87 years.
