Bhaskar Pandey is a seasoned Engineering Manager with over 10 years of experience in the technology industry. Currently working with BT India as a Senior Engineering Manager - Service, he is responsible for driving the development and delivery of high-quality services to clients. Bhaskar has a strong technical background and is proficient in various areas such as Integration, Frontend, and Backend development. He has worked with renowned companies like Bharti Airtel and MetaDesign Solutions in the past, where he contributed significantly to their growth and success. During his tenure at Airtel, Bhaskar worked as an Engineering Manager for Airtel IoT and Airtel Thanks for Business. He developed an online payment capability for one of the clients, enabling their customers to make direct recharges through Airtel. He also worked to increase the platform's scale to support customers having millions of sims, improving the performance by ~75% in less than a month. Bhaskar also drafted the solution for Internal API Gateway Migration and Developer Platform enablement. At Airtel Thanks for Business, Bhaskar enriched the platform with new features like Employee Access Management, Single View of Company across Line of Businesses, Virtual Account Number (VAN) Settlement, Proactive Assurance, and many more. He built capabilities like Authentication & Authorisation Framework, Online Posting Framework, Online-Offline Payment Settlement Framework, Recommendation Framework, Contact Federation, Digital first experience, Sales App Integration, Personalisation, Impersonation, Real-Time Utilisation Alerts, and many more. Bhaskar holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Maths, and IT from Kumaun University.
