Bhaskar has founded two startups - BigMek, which was a local B2B Marketplace to simplify and standardize business needs for used big machineries, and Worvy, which is an IoT innovation hub for the supply chain and retail market. At Worvy, he developed innovative smart IOT solutions for Oil and Gas, Supply chain industry, and Smart home. He did extensive market research and developed a device that can be used in B2B and B2C space. Bhaskar has handled Product and built a small team of highly energetic and dedicated people. He developed an m-web interface and embedded design for the product, which can scale for large datasets. He designed an intelligent alerting mechanism on the device and app (when the user is away), in life-threatening situations. Bhaskar also developed an intelligent ML model for all the proactive actions. Worvy was awarded as the top entry in BPCL Startup Grandslam for Project Ankur. Currently, Bhaskar is working as a Senior Application Developer at McKinsey. He has worked on Order Capture, Payments, and Promotional System.
