Bhavani Kalisetty is a STEM MBA candidate at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, with a strong background in software engineering and product design. She has over 4 years of experience in the tech industry, having worked at Adobe as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. During her time at Adobe, Bhavani managed product design, development, and go-to-market strategy for login and landing experience of Experience Cloud, marketing and analytics platform. She led product vision, roadmap, and launch of new cloud data storage in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders, building 3.5M unified user profiles across 30 products. She researched mobile web competitive landscape, analyzed market trends, and presented actionable insights on “Web Performance optimization: Transforming UX” to C-suite executives and 3K attendees at TechSummit, San Francisco. She directed 6 cross-functional initiatives, transforming Experience Cloud’s technology stack and delivering high-performance user experience to 35,000 B2B customers with $3.21 billion in revenue annually, in collaboration with product, design, and support teams. Bhavani also organized Tech talks on potential new product lines and training sessions on industry trends including React, High-performance UX, User data collection through Telemetry services.
