Bhaven Doshi is a seasoned Director of Program Management with over 15 years of experience managing large and complex projects across multiple domains and geographies. He is currently working at BrowserStack, where he leads the program management function and drives large-scale initiatives to help the organization achieve its objectives. Bhaven has a proven track record of successfully analyzing operations, designing and instituting PMO methodologies that work to improve efficiency and reduce costs. He possesses a structured approach to planning, monitoring, reporting, people management, quality, and risk management, which has helped him consistently deliver large-scale, multi-million dollar programs and projects on time and on budget. Bhaven is a SAFe 4.5 Agilist and a PRINCE2(R) Certified Professional with expertise in Agile and waterfall methodology. He has led cross-functional technical and non-technical project teams with 100+ members and multi-million dollar budgets. His key responsibilities over the years have been to work with the C level to drive strategic initiatives like organizational transformation by adopting OKR and Agility, defining annual roadmaps based on objective data points, help teams adopt and succeed with agile, building engineering brand, setting up and leading the program management function, etc. Bhaven's leadership style is to be able to lead without direct authority and focus on aligning and engaging people to communicate, dynamically solve problems, and deliver the highest quality solutions. He has strong communication and presentation skills, which have helped him establish excellent client and vendor relations. Bhaven holds a PGDFM degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from IGNOU and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Mumbai. He is a skilled trainer and mentor and has experience in feasibility study, project sizing/estimation, gap analysis, status reporting, requirements planning, and stakeholder & vendor management.
