Bhavik Patel is a seasoned automation and innovation leader with over 19 years of experience in the information technology industry. He is an expert in software testing, agile framework, and product management, with a proven track record of spearheading estimation, planning, and automation projects. Bhavik is an A-CSM℠ and CSM® professional, with a knack for contributing to business intelligence & analytics, process improvements, and goal achievements. Bhavik is currently serving as the Associate Director of Product Development at Model N, where he has achieved several key milestones. He spearheaded and reached zero open issues raised by the PS/CS team within just three months. He has been recognized as the Employee of the Year 2020 and received employee of the month awards several times. Bhavik has also trained his team to be self-sufficient for automating critical scenarios in the products while working on the manual QA work for the products. He successfully streamlined the test cases of two products, which were an area of improvement. Bhavik brought changes in the estimation of the products based on his experience in Agile. He brainstormed and headed the program management and QA aspects of the product life cycle. Bhavik's responsibilities at Model N include providing leadership for those involved in the development, design, and optimization of information technology and systems functions supporting company business processes and technical information systems platforms. He collaborates closely with Dev Owners to build the best technical design and methodology for new development. Bhavik consults and guides senior executives through a strategic business development and market planning process and formulates comprehensive action plans for growing business practices and maximizing revenue. He is accountable for planning, scripting, and execution for product automation and continuous integration with DevOps. Bhavik also ensures that infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility. Bhavik holds a Master's degree in Computer Application from Bangalore University, a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Chemistry from Sardar Patel Institute of Technology, and a High School degree in Higher Secondary from Gujarat Refinery English Medium School (GREMS). His tech stack includes test, product manager, QA, CI/CD, DevOps, Integration, and infra.
