Bhavik Shah is a goal-oriented and creative software engineer with strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and multi-tasking ability. He is currently working as a Software Engineer II at Microsoft, where he has added support for SQL discovery on Hyper-V and Physical servers, completing the coverage of SQL discovery in all fabrics including VMware, Hyper-V, and servers. He is also improving the SQL discovery and assessment agent's service-level agreement. Prior to joining Microsoft, Bhavik worked as a Software Development Engineer II at Cisco, where he fine-tuned the PPPoE emulation module, which helps in generating PPPoE control packets at a much faster rate, improving the Calls per second (CPS) at higher numbers of sessions. He also ran a realistic Traffic Generator (TRex) as a container over ISR4k router, which can be used to send the PPPoE sessions traffic through TRex inside the container on ISR4k router, acting as a virtual Traffic Generator. Bhavik has also worked as an Intern in Advisory at PwC, where he performed research activities related to AI, built CHATBOT prototypes for various sectors using API.AI, and deployed them on various platforms such as FACEBOOK MESSENGER. He developed a web-based interface for the same and performed analytics on it. Bhavik holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from PES University, where he studied from 2014 to 2018. He also completed his PUC (12th grade) from Christ Junior College in 2012 and 10th grade from Sindhi High School in 2000. Bhavik's technical skills include being a Software Engineer, SQL, AI, ML, Research Scientist, and Web. With 4.86 years of relevant experience, Bhavik is an asset to any team he works with.
