Bhavika Kochhar is a highly accomplished customer success professional with over 6 years of experience in the field. She is recognized as one of the top 50 women customer success leaders of 2022 and top 100 customer success strategist of 2021. Bhavika is an all-rounder and a learner by heart who believes in driving customer success wherever she goes. She is a big-time foodie and loves to engage in conversations. Bhavika is a host at Bhavika's chat show and the founder of CS Ladies, a community that she initiated with the aim of empowering women in the customer success field. She is also an advisor at CS Communities and a mentor for CS enthusiasts. Bhavika is a #iamremarkable facilitator, an initiative by Google that empowers women and underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond. Currently, Bhavika is the Delhi NCR Cohort Lead at Rocketlane, where she leads and organizes meetups, finds relevant speakers, builds presentation decks, does promotion and marketing, and creates Canva banners. She shares the meetup resources with the audience and ensures their success. In the past, Bhavika has worked as a founding advisor at CS Time, where she advised the founders of the community, guided them with the best practices of running a community, and helped them with the do's and don'ts. Bhavika holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and has completed a course in International Business Environment and Global Strategy from edX.
