Bhavya Bhushan is an experienced Full-Stack Developer and Software Engineering Mentor with over 10 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as a Sr. Engineer at Toptal, a global network of top freelance software developers, designers, and finance experts. Bhavya has worked on several individual projects around machine learning, regression models, and gradient boost models, which can be referred to on his Git account. He also has extensive experience in performing quantitative data analysis on MS-Excel for over 3 years. Bhavya is proficient in SQL and has worked with clients/partners and internal teams based out of North America, Latin America, Europe, Nordics, Middle East, Africa, and APAC. Prior to joining Toptal, Bhavya worked as a Software Engineering Mentor at Springboard, where he conducted weekly 30-minute video calls with each mentee assigned for the duration of the Bootcamp. He was responsible for code review, providing feedback, and submitting assessment evaluations for all student projects designated as mentor review projects. Bhavya also helped trainees get un-stuck, debug, clarify concepts, and motivated them to produce their best work. He was fully responsible and accountable for the success of every trainee. Bhavya also worked as a Mentor at MountBlue, where he designed, planned, and implemented a 9-12 weeks intensive coding Bootcamp in Full-Stack Web development. He designed a curriculum by leveraging the best of online resources and helped trainees get un-stuck, debug, and clarify concepts. Bhavya also did code reviews and gave generous feedback to trainees. Bhavya holds a B.Tech (ECE) degree from Inderprastha Engineering College, Ghaziabad, with a field of study in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
