Bhavya Mehta is a highly motivated professional with a passion for developing managerial and leadership skills. With a Bachelor's Degree in Production and Industrial Engineering from IIT Roorkee, Bhavya has gained 3.43 years of relevant experience in the industry. She is currently serving as the Co-Founder of Car Concierge Pro, a startup that she co-founded during the COVID-19 pandemic. Bhavya has successfully restructured the business model and standardized the client journey, resulting in a tenfold increase in revenue with 85% profitability. She has also designed lead generation systems and implemented payment integration for seamless onboarding of clients. Prior to her entrepreneurial venture, Bhavya worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Wipro, where she enhanced the Cybersource for Netsuite SuiteApp and reduced the development to release cycle from 60 days to 25 days. She led the team of developers and quality analysts and engaged with the client (VISA/Cybersource) and Netsuite team. Bhavya was recognized as the SME of the product by the client and the merchants. She streamlined the Knowledge Transfer process to onboard resources within two weeks and coordinated the entire project worth ~$350,000 annually. Bhavya has also worked as a Consultant at Srinivasa Fashions, where she collaborated with the company to carry out an industry-relevant academic project to generate meaningful insights that prove beneficial to the manufacturer. She visited the facility to analyze the internal supply chain and workflow to determine the areas for improvement. Bhavya designed and developed a low-cost custom approach to increase the throughput and reduce workers' attrition. Bhavya is proficient in Integration and has completed her 12th from Gujarat Higher Secondary Education Board and 10th from Gujarat Secondary Education Board.
