Bhawana Soni is a growth and product enthusiast with over 4 years of experience in building business strategy, user research, design, and hiring. She is passionate about building user-centered products from inception to launch and has a proven track record of helping in the growth of core business metrics such as revenue, NPS, and UX. Currently, Bhawana is a Member at Women in Product (WIP) and is working on building a like-minded women-only community in Product and Tech. She is creating a pipeline for speakers, planning and executing events for the WIP Community, and helping in engaging the community members through various ideas and their execution plans. She is also working on ideas to increase the conversion funnel. In the past, Bhawana has worked with Nextleap as a Gamechanger, helping product aspirants in their journey towards Product Management through her own experience and mock-interviews. She has also worked with Bhanzu as a Product Manager, where she built internal products to enable automation in various processes for Ops, Customer Support, and Sales teams. She led the process of setting up the Analytic and Design processes and Teams, and worked on new initiatives and products. Bhawana has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. She has a relevant experience of 5.86 years and possesses a Tech Stack that includes Product Manager, Research Scientist, and Product Designer.
