Bhola Meena is a highly accomplished CTO with over 18 years of experience in the technology industry. He is passionate about building online businesses from scratch and has successfully built three high-traffic companies with DAU (5 Million+). Bhola has spent the last 10 years understanding and creating products for the vernacular user base in India, thanks to his strong roots in technology (IIT, Microsoft) and background from Rural Rajasthan. As a founding team member of OnlineTyari.com, India's pioneer in online test preparation, Bhola led the development of the entire technology stack and guided a team of 30+ members between 2013 to 2019. He helped touch the lives of over 1 crore students to help them prepare for Govt Exams. Bhola has always been ready to partner with people doing social work and help people get equal opportunities to succeed in life. He spent years building Namaste English, which helps students learn English for free. Bhola has also published several research papers solving critical problems such as IRIS-based person identification (Aadhar system using it), using genetic algorithms to optimize rocket path (DRDO paper), using computer vision intelligence to track facial expressions (Paper in Tuebingen University Germany), and using neural networks to help robots avoid path obstacles. He also has a patent in creating an RFID device simulator framework (Microsoft). Currently working as the CTO of Kaabil Finance Private Limited, Bhola is responsible for planning and executing technology adoption in the company. He is working with MERN stack on AWS and has developed an in-house loan management product in MERN. He is also responsible for credit risk data analytics in Python. Bhola's past experiences include being the Founder & CTO of Namaste English, where he worked on a gamification and AI-driven approach to spoken English training. He also served as a designated partner at HinKhoj group, which owns multiple Hindi-focused websites (Hinkhoj.com, Namaste-English.com). Bhola has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from IIT and has also studied at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. He has a vast tech stack, including Senior Software Engineer, AWS, Software Engineer, Python, Computer Vision, AI, Research Scientist, Neural Networks, Spring, and Java.
