Bhumika Bishnoi is a seasoned HR Transformation expert with over 10 years of experience in the field. She is currently working as a Senior Consultant at EY GDS Consulting and is responsible for leading various HR Transformation projects. Bhumika has a proven track record of successfully leading one of the world's largest SuccessFactors Employee Central Data Conversion Project. Bhumika is a certified expert in SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors Work Force Analytics, Qualtrics Employee Experience, and Qualtrics Customer Experience. She is responsible for handling various SAP/Non SAP to SuccessFactors data migration programs. Bhumika is an expert in client handling, requirement gathering, and feasibility analysis and has traveled to multiple countries for the same. Bhumika designs solutions for SAP/Non SAP system data migration to SuccessFactors employee central system via CPI and is involved in working on various innovations for seamless data migration to SuccessFactors employee central. She has worked for major global clients and has been responsible for implementing performance and goal management, Continuous Performance Management, Continuous Feedback, and 360 multi-rater. Bhumika has also been responsible for SucessFactors Online Report implementation projects for various programs. She has also been an SAP HCM consultant and has been a part of implementing complex HR solutions for global leaders. Bhumika is passionate about learning new skills and proposing innovative ideas to clients in the projects and has successfully implemented various such ideas in the projects.
