Bhupendra Singh is a highly motivated Software Engineer at ATCS Inc. with a passion for implementing Data Science and front-end development techniques. He is a recent graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) with a Bachelor of Technology in Pharmaceutical Engineering and Technology. Bhupendra has a strong foundation in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Data Structures and Algorithms, React JS, Node JS, Probability and Statistics, Tableau, Python, HTML, CSS, Django, MongoDB, SQL, Octave, JavaScript, and C++. He has gained valuable experience working on different algorithms of supervised, unsupervised learning, and deep learning. He has also worked on a future price production model using Recurrent Neural Network (RNN). Bhupendra has previously worked as a Data Science Intern at The Gene Box, a genomics company in Mumbai, where he worked on a classification model for disease prediction using the LEFSe algorithm. He also worked on NLP-based automation for clinvar submission on ACMG cancer genomics. Additionally, he has worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at TNT Watches, where he honed his skills in graphics designing, poster making using Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Postermywall, and Canva. With a relevant experience of 0.87 years, Bhupendra is committed to expanding his knowledge base and exploring new technologies.
