Bhushan Amritkar is an experienced IT professional with over 9 years of experience in Application Support and managing critical production infrastructure. Currently working as a Senior Support Engineer, Bhushan is well-versed in providing production/UAT support, BOD/EOD processes, testing and validation of trading applications & systems. Ltd. where he was responsible for providing support to the customer for API related issues, investigating and resolving technical issues, proactively monitoring application health, and managing the 24*7 shift coverage. He has also worked as a Senior Process Executive at Infosys where he was responsible for supporting the operation of advanced IP network services, providing order-related clarification for any exceptions raised, and effectively closing them with appropriate information. Bhushan holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from Fergusson College. He has a strong tech stack that includes infra and test.
