Currently, Bhuvnesh is the Co-Founder of Poshn, where he is responsible for hiring across different roles and building the company from scratch. Bhuvnesh has a wide range of experience, including formulation to implementation of business strategy, customer management, business development, financial modeling, credit analysis, contract negotiations strategy, rural distribution management, and advisory to startups. He also has experience in raising funds and investing. Bhuvnesh specializes in relationship management, value-based sales, competitive analysis, and strategic planning & execution. He has a proven track record of creating and implementing successful business strategies that have resulted in increased revenue and profitability. Prior to his current role, Bhuvnesh worked as the Head of D2R & Ecommerce at BharatPe and as the Business Head at Udaan. At Udaan, he was responsible for enabling partnerships with brands & SMBs across different verticals within the category, leading and expanding existing and new territories through large on-ground teams, building high-performing teams of professionals in sales, business development, and operations, creating new credit products with the credit team, driving warehousing capacity usage, and hustling with the external/local ecosystem, defining ways of working and creating trust. Bhuvnesh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI, with a specialization in Finance & Marketing. He also has a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Public Administration from IGNOU.
