Bianca has over 8 years of relevant experience in software engineering, DevOps, and product management. She has worked with companies like Tesla and Wickr, where she has contributed to various projects and spearheaded the adoption of new technologies. At Tesla, she focused on DevOps, platform tools, and automation, and was responsible for deployment tools and processes, and architectural decisions for new services. She led the development and growth of the community for the department's CI/CD platform, oversaw the adoption of HashiCorp Vault, and supported deployments of hundreds of services for both orchestrated (Kubernetes) and non-orchestrated Docker containers. At Wickr, she migrated pre-existing distributed microservices infrastructure on AWS from EC2-classic to EC2-VPC, upgraded all microservice roles, and helped spearhead the containerization of services through Docker. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine, and has expertise in various technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Microservices, and more. She is a skilled engineer with a product-oriented mindset and a passion for creating thoughtful solutions.
