Bibek P. is a highly experienced DevOps Engineer with over 7 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently working at Verizon, Bibek is responsible for designing and implementing CI-CD pipeline workflows to maintain AWS/Azure infrastructure using Terraform. He is also responsible for designing and implementing cloud IaaC automation strategies in the enterprise concept and automated Terraform state drift. Bibek has a strong background in configuration management and deployment in Dev, Test & Prod AKS clusters, as well as container orchestration using Kubernetes & Helm in Dev, Test & Prod environments. Bibek is highly proficient in using JBOSS & Tomcat application servers for deployments. He has also designed and implemented container log analytics and monitoring using Elasticsearch, Fluentd, Kibana. Prior to his current role, Bibek worked at DXC Technology as a System Engineer and at Wipro as an Associate Software Engineer. He proactively selected manual effort areas and automated the same, including a framework for certificate expiry tracker. Bibek also worked on release planning with multiple ILs and put them forth on Confluence and JIRA. He facilitated a feedback loop for developers by developing quality frameworks to enhance contribution & boost quality. At Wipro, he successfully implemented zero-click deployment as part of the nightly build and deployment, and brought down the production deployment process duration from 1.5 hrs to 30 minutes by automating the manual steps. Bibek holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha.
