Bijendra Gaurav is a marketing enthusiast with a passion for digital marketing and product management. He believes that the increasing incorporation of digital platforms into marketing plans and everyday life will create an ecosystem of digital marketing playing a prominent role in any organization. Currently working as a State Program Manager at Xiaomi India, Bijendra has gained 2.68 years of relevant experience in the field. Prior to Xiaomi, Bijendra worked as a Product Manager at s759labs (skillcounty.com), where he conducted research to understand the talent ecosystem, markets, competition, and user requirements in depth. He also launched new products and features, built PoCs, gathered and tracked relevant metrics, and charted the path forward. Bijendra served as the conduit between different workstreams and collaborated with subject matter experts to establish a technical vision and analyze any trade-offs between usability and performance. He iteratively crafted and maintained the product roadmap and project plan, and tracked its progress. Bijendra also worked as a Summer Intern at EY, where he worked on a project aimed at facilitating clients under MSIP scheme to get approval from MEITY. He analyzed, verified, and generated financial detail project reports from data provided by companies which enhanced the process of approval for government (MEITY). Bijendra developed a One-stop portal which provided three different swim lanes for users (EY, government, and companies) to onboard on the system and track their application process in real-time. One-stop portal brought transparency, reliability, consistency, reduced time, enhanced user experience by creating a robust ecosystem. The project was able to see a 57% increase in applicants from the previous year as a result of the development of “One-stop portal”. Bijendra holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing and Strategy from IIM and a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Computer Engineering from College Of Technology, G.B.P.U.A&T, Pantnagar. He completed his Intermediate in Mathematics and Computer Science from Jaycees Public School. Bijendra's tech stack includes product management and research scientist skills.
