Bikash Dash is a Software Engineering Leader and an entrepreneur with a passion for making people's lives better through software. He follows the principles of "KISS" and "DRY" to "GSD" and has never said "that can't be done" in his entire coding career. Bikash is currently building FactoryPlus, a Factory Management Platform that makes factories smarter, faster, and cost-effective. Bikash has a diverse background in software engineering and has worked with companies like LocoNav and Localtrip in the past. At LocoNav, he was responsible for Reactivity & Growth Engineering, where he helped logistics companies and fleet owners achieve lower running costs, greater security, and faster turnarounds by leveraging intelligent analytics and IoT. As the Chief Technology Officer at Localtrip, Bikash helped tour operators scale their businesses with real-time inventories and their existing agent network. Bikash holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, and has completed a Deep Learning Nano Degree Foundation from Udacity. His tech stack includes Javascript, Blockchain, Deep Learning, Ruby, and PHP, among others. With 7.86 years of relevant experience, Bikash is an expert in scaling engineering teams, developer productivity, and developer relations.
