Bikramjeet is a skilled software engineer and a current Computer Science MSc student at Simon Fraser University. He has over 2 years of experience in software engineering with expertise in machine learning, cloud, web development, and backend technologies. Bikramjeet is an adaptable, rapid learner, and team worker who has worked on various projects in different domains. Currently, Bikramjeet is working as a Senior Software Engineer at HomeLane, where he led the migration of legacy PHP applications to Django and developed the customer referrals functionality for the HomeLane website from the ground up. He also reduced database query times by up to 20% by refactoring SQL statements. In the past, he has worked as a Software Engineer at Instamojo, where he developed efficient, secure backend APIs using Django and Postgres and worked on core front-end features on the Android app using Java and Kotlin. Bikramjeet has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information and Communication Technology from Manipal Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in Visual Computing at Simon Fraser University. He has a strong technical background with skills in Software Engineering, SQL, Javascript, Web, Backend, Django, PHP, ML, Flask, Postgres, Mobile, Frontend, and Android.
