Bipin Gurujee is a technology person with over 25 years of experience in programming and technology leadership. He is an expert in articulating and defining tech strategy, product roadmaps, and executing them with rigor in high-pressure growth scenarios. With his championing of customer needs, he pivots, innovates, and reflects the voice of the customer. Bipin's tech stack includes Blockchain, Crypto, Solidity, AI through ML, most of the common tech stacks (mobile and web), all leading databases, and cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, etc. He has experience in architecting with scale from POC to large enterprise systems, both B2B and B2C. Bipin has domain expertise in Travel and Transportation, Logistics, Fintech, Cards, and Payments. He is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Loadshare, where he works as the principal technology consultant and engages in defining the IT strategy and delivery processes. In the past, Bipin has worked as the Chief Technology Officer at TESC (Tech Enabled Supply Chain), a tech-driven 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) company focusing on contract logistics across 8 states in India. He joined the executive team to start this great journey of bringing the scale and the uniformity to the fragmented sector by bringing together innovative and relevant technologies that simplify the logistics of customers. With his own technology team, he built the TESC platform that brings together all functions of contract logistics in its digital form. Bipin has also worked as the Principal Consultant (pro bono) at Watershed Organisation Trust (WOTR), where he engaged in defining the IT strategy and delivery processes. Bipin has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from ICFAI, a Master of Computer Management (M.C.M.) from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth. He is an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers and has relevant experience of 16.37 years. His tech stack includes Blockchain, AI, AWS, Solidity, Web, ML, Azure, Mobile, and Computer Vision. Bipin believes that common sense prevails, technology enables, and humility wins.
