Bipin Todur is a highly experienced Director of Engineering at NVIDIA with a versatile experience in all layers of the multimedia software stack. With over 24 years of relevant experience, he has a proven track record of delivering optimized GPU drivers for Video Codecs and Processing, including Camera Processing. Bipin's expertise lies in statistical/ML/DL models for accelerated Data Analytics, Time Series models and algorithms for anomaly detection, clustering, and isolation, churn modeling for retention outreach, and modeling for detecting unauthorized activity. He is also proficient in Data Platform, API, and Infrastructure for messaging, log collection, and targeting. In his earlier role, Bipin was responsible for Core Video Platform features & QoS (Streaming experience) for game streaming across multiple teams/geographies. He has also added backdoor GPU optimizations to 3rd party apps like Flashplayer for product differentiation. Currently, as the Director of Engineering, Cloud Gaming Analytics at NVIDIA, Bipin is responsible for engineering and service analytics for GeforceNow Cloud Gaming, capacity management and optimizations, accelerated root cause analytics, and actionable intelligence. He also oversees the data infrastructure for telemetry, A/B testing, and analytics. Bipin has previously worked as a Software Engineer at Cisco and as a Senior Software Engineer at Hughes Software Systems. He holds an MTech degree in Signal Processing/Communications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai. He completed his schooling from Don Bosco High School in Mumbai. Bipin's technical skills include Senior Software Engineering, infrastructure, software engineering, testing, deep learning, Android, and ML.
