Provided technology leadership for the development & global launch of the Gig-economy platform. Identified, hired, trained, and led the team having members from 7 different countries.

Reporting manager for Fifteen engineers based out of Florida USA, and 100+ engineers & managers in India. I signed off on hiring, annual appraisal &  compensation changes for this whole team.

Transformed software engineering and DevOps processes to achieve daily software releases with zero downtime and zero post-release defects. While I joined, software releases happened every 2 months with long downtime and >15% warranty defects.

Guided and managed architecture, development & delivery of software products providing healthcare insurance benefits to 3 million users. One of the key initiatives was the design and development of financial recordkeeping platform to handle banking financial transactions, maintain depository accounts, and process debit card transactions. This product enabled the company to acquire License for Non-Banking custodians from the US Treasury and then sign up 1 million new users from competitive products. This was a significant business win for the company.

Willis Towers Watson is a global advisory and solutions company that helps clients around the world turn risk into a path for growth.

Led the continuous feature development, maintenance, and integration for the Learning Management System used by ~120,000 employees of Novartis Pharmaceuticals spread across 80 countries. My role included meeting with customers for solution architecture, planning the project deliverables, and delivering as per project timelines. Traveled to Switzerland every six months for half-yearly business reviews with the leadership team of Novartis Learning.

Managed Level-1 & Level-2 software support & service desk for Novartis. My team continuously supported Novartis’ global employee base. Case volume was 200 per week with 3 shifts providing 24 x 5 support

Led ISO 27001 certification project for Sify. This involved meeting every week with external consultants, implementing and capturing records for 50+ processes, addressing 40+ observations from the first mock audit, and finally getting certified. We completed this entire cycle within six months
