With over 10+ years of experience in Corporate HR, KPO, IT(RPA), and Telecom domains, Bipul has worked on various projects ranging from Software development to Project Delivery. Bipul is currently working as a Solution Integration and Implementation Manager at Amdocs, where he is responsible for ensuring successful deployment of solutions to clients. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Process Manager at eClerx, where he took care of Project Management, Product Development, Data and Business Analysis activities for a leading Desktop and Storage manufacturer. He also worked as a Process Manager at eClerx, where he was responsible for end-to-end life cycle of RPA BOTs, proposal preparation, cost-benefit analysis, margin analysis, and frequent demo sessions with clients. Bipul has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from IIM and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from RVCE. He has a diverse Tech Stack that includes Integration, Software Engineering, QA, Infra, and Product Management.
