He is the Founder and CEO of P-Coder Technologies Pvt Ltd, where he is responsible for hiring top-notch talent in Nodejs, React native, React Js, Php, and BDE. Bipund is always up for a challenge and loves creating something from scratch. Despite coming from an Electrical stream, Bipund has excelled in his coding journey. He finds it challenging to pay equal attention to coding and his core field, but he enjoys challenging himself. He started his coding journey in 2016 by taking some courses from his teachers and online portals. He then decided to learn some frameworks, and Django and React Native are his strongest skills. Bipund loves to code and create cool apps from Python, Java, and Javascript. He started doing freelance work, which enhanced his skills and made him more flexible to market demand. Currently, he is the Director of @p_coders, where he is learning the best technologies and developing all kinds of software, either web or mobile applications. Bipund's past experiences include working as an Application Developer at Techment Technology and a Software Developer at Riverhouse Technologies. At Riverhouse Technologies, he worked on web development using Angular and Node and then switched to mobile development using React Native. He also gained knowledge about AWS and Heroku. Bipund's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai, and a Diploma in Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University.
