Bishal Jaiswal is an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Backend development. He has expertise in Java and Kotlin and has worked with various frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot/AOP, Spring Webflux, and Play. He is also proficient in Angular for Frontend development and Mockito for test cases. Bishal has experience working with microservices, queues, dockers, and deployment using AWS. Currently, Bishal is working at Paytm as a Senior Software Engineer, where he is building the Motor Insurance Policies brokerage platform. He was involved in requirement gathering, development estimation, architectural design, and implementation of various modules. He also worked on integrating Paytm order management system and created a common jar for integrating the order flow with minimal effort for all the insurance vertical. Before Paytm, Bishal worked as a FullStack Java Developer at Turtlemint, where he developed multiple applications such as Life Recurring Payment System, Whatsapp Service to generate Policy Quotes, Policy Sale Tagging & Quota Management System, and Commission Calculation and Payout Adjustment module for registered partners of Turtlemint. He also worked on developing the QCs check, renewal notifications & Activity Logger and other enhancements in the Management Information System. Bishal started his career as an Assistant System Engineer at TCS, where he worked with multiple frameworks of Java like Spring, Swing, and Hibernate for Backend development. He developed an application to automate the maintenance work and handle minor enhancements in the POSTNORD Parcel Postal system and also worked on developing the Frontend and Backend of the Retail Bank Management System. Bishal holds a degree in Computer Science from Netaji Subhash Engineering College and completed his Higher Secondary and Secondary Examination from The Bhawanipur Gujrati Education Society School and Shri Ram Narayan Singh Memorial High School, respectively.
