Bishnu Nayak is a seasoned technology executive with over 18 years of experience in IT, Cloud, DevOps, Big Data, ML, and AI. He is currently the CTO of FixStream, Inc, a leader in AIOps solutions, where he has been leading the product and technology strategy, roadmap, and execution for the company. Bishnu has built, scaled, managed, and led geographically distributed product and R&D teams to deliver ten product releases to the market using Agile/Scrum methodology. He has collaborated with the leadership team to guide the company's product priorities, market positioning, go-to-market, strategic growth initiatives, marketing, and business development. Bishnu has worked across sales, marketing, engineering, and customer advocacy teams to launch product releases and grow the company revenue with a customer base of 25+ large enterprises. He has also worked with industry thought leaders, partners, and analysts to position FixStream as a leading AIOps vendor in the market. As the product evangelist and spokesperson for the company, Bishnu has presented the product vision, ROI, core competencies, and market positioning in many conferences and events. He has co-authored the "AIOps for Dummies" book, covering the fundamentals, use cases, and ROI of AIOps technology. Before joining FixStream, Bishnu was the Chief Architect of the Big Data Platform at AT&T, where he led the architecture, technology strategy, and roadmap for the AT&T Big Data platform. He led a team of 30+ Big data developers and data scientists to build the technology components such as Openstack Cloud, compute, storage, Hadoop, PaaS, security, OSS/BSS solutions to productize AT&T Big Data Platform-as-a-Service (BDPaaS) solution. Bishnu also developed a 2+ years roadmap for the evolution of AT&T Big Data platform technologies across data management, data sourcing, dataset creation, and data analysis domains.
