At Oracle, Bishwa worked as a Software Engineer 2 and was involved in developing IPFE - Internet protocol front end for DSR - Diameter Signaling Router. He also worked on CNDRA - Cloud Native Diameter Routing Agent. Bishwa holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Gauhati University.
