Biswajit Bhattacharjee is a skilled System Engineer with a strong background in system administration and software engineering. He has a proven track record of solving complex operational and IT infrastructure problems, and has worked strategically and operationally with system development engineers, product/service owners, and business leadership teams across organizational boundaries to support key enterprise initiatives. Currently working as a Scholar Associate at Wipro, Biswajit has previously held roles as a Windows System Administrator and Site Reliability Engineer, where he was responsible for troubleshooting and resolving Tier 3 support issues on thousands of assets within Microsoft's Teams and Skype for Business environments. His efforts involved performing QA checks, planning and coordinating server and network infrastructure monitoring, deployment planning, and remediation activities. Biswajit's experience has challenged him to prioritize and resolve a large volume of support tickets that exceeded available resources. He rapidly built his knowledge base by identifying and documenting repeat issues and different alert types, and successfully slashed the average daily ticket backlog from 300+ to less than 50. Biswajit's technical expertise includes Azure, GCP, SRE, infra, software engineering, QA, and backend development. He is currently pursuing a Master of Technology degree in MTech from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and holds a BCA degree in Computer Science from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal.
