Bob Vandenberg is a highly experienced Change Manager with over 30 years of relevant experience. Currently working with SAP as a Change Manager for the GCS Team, Bob is responsible for leading change management initiatives and ensuring successful implementation of changes across the organization. Bob has an impressive track record of successful project delivery, having worked with leading companies such as CallidusCloud/SAP Sales Cloud and Cisco from OSI Engineering. During his tenure at CallidusCloud/SAP Sales Cloud, Bob was responsible for standing up customer-facing data centers, managing CloudOps projects, improving CloudOps processes and procedures, and managing vendor relationships. At Cisco from OSI Engineering, Bob served as a Cloud Services Release Manager, where he successfully released over 1000 changes into BTS and Production environments for 12 critical Webex components, both internally and/or customer-facing. He also managed the team transition from Remedy 6 to Remedy 7, provided over 175 user stories as features and/or design consideration for an internally developed Release Management tool interfacing with Remedy7, and provided recommendations for meeting the Department 2014 goals in the areas of ITIL and CMDB. Bob holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from National University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of Southern California. His technical skills include QA and DevOps. Overall, Bob is a seasoned professional with a proven ability to manage change effectively and deliver successful outcomes.
