At Farfetch, I managed a design team of 4, that coded, designed and artworked a complex email calendar (which includes weekly trend, automated, and lifecycle emails, going out to both genders in 11 languages). They also produced all of the remarketing, paid social and display assets for the Performance Marketing team. I set out creative roadmaps, planned the weekly schedules of the designers, facilitated test projects, oversaw redesigns of email templates, and worked closely with the product design team on design projects. I also produced creative concepts for campaigns and photoshoots, along with branding projects.

At ASOS, I moved on to manage and mentor a two-designer team, who designed and artworked the weekly BAU (business-as-usual) emails internationally. I also facilitated ongoing refreshes of the HTML responsive email templates, designed bespoke site pages and forms, transactional email refreshes, bespoke imagery and emails, along with creative artworked assets for email, digital marketing assets for Facebook ads and banners for external dynamic retargeting.

As the lead designer in the CRM team, I am responsible for layout, build, image artworking (including retouching) and design for all UK weekly (BAU) email campaigns; redesign of responsive email templates; refresh and redesign of Lifecycle emails; overseeing of all International emails; live site page layout design.

Design and management of web and print projects from briefing to completion; CMS training of clients (post web design); client and web developer correspondence; client presentations; creative artworking for print and web projects; monthly website retainer management; new business tender documents.

Design of print and web projects; art direction of photoshoots for print and video campaigns; artworking for print projects.

Designs and conceptual contribution to projects lead by senior designers/directors.
