Brandon Boatright is a Full-Stack Web Developer with over six years of relevant experience. He started his career in the restaurant industry and quickly moved up to management, but realized that he wanted more from his career. In 2017, he went back to school for his Associates degree and worked in a warehouse while studying. He then worked his way up to in-store sales, phone sales, and customer service, where he learned how to troubleshoot customers' IT difficulties with new product lines. He then shifted into email marketing and front-end web development, which led to being a member of the small team that implemented a platform switch to Netsuite and SuiteCommerce, where he specifically handled the website as well as scripting back-end workflows. Brandon enjoys thinking about and solving problems, working with a team of people, communicating and teaching, and creating solutions out of nothing. He finds web development challenging and feels accomplished when he delivers a solution. He is passionate about his work and is motivated to push his career further every day. Currently, Brandon works as a Web Developer at recteq using HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript. He recently graduated from the SpringBoard bootcamp and has a strong educational background in Computer Science and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. He has experience managing teams of people, counting drawers, tracking loss/revenue, and consulting with management concerning new projects and online business strategy.
