Brian's primary focus over the last several years has been on infrastructure as code, process automation, and configuration management. Prior to LumiraDX, Brian worked at Ascensus College Savings as a Senior System Administrator, where he brought modern DevOps practices to the enterprise. He migrated legacy CFengine 2.0 automation code to Chef Enterprise and established a CI/CD infrastructure using Jenkins, Git, and Chef. He also streamlined and modernized multiple legacy tools and systems, implemented a Scrum/Agile project management system, and built an in-house Hadoop cluster for data analytics.
