Brian Lobo is an Implementation Engineer at ARCON with over 5 years of hands-on experience in product implementation, operations, testing, analysis, and support. He has a passion for detail and is able to identify gaps in security architecture, recommending best practice processes and solutions for large and complex enterprises. Brian is highly adaptable to any professional environment and strives to excel at any project. At ARCON, Brian is responsible for end-to-end project implementation, consisting of planning, system designing, and running tests, documenting project requirements, preparing disaster recovery plans, and core implementation of the product. He collaborates with the development team to design new programs for all client implementation activities and manages all communication with the department to resolve all issues. Brian has established relationships with businesses and customers, interprets and applies standards, policies, best practices, and analyzes threats and vulnerabilities, and uses security requirements for System Development Life Cycle across multiple projects. He also assists with post-implementation training of end-users on PAM (Admin Training and Client Training). Prior to his current role, Brian worked as a Software Specialist at eClinicalWorks, where he managed accounts in the healthcare IT domain, including physician clinics and hospitals, building profitable relationships and enhancing business performance. He provided technical support to clients with client-server, locally hosted, and SAAS server applications. He handled a large volume of strategic accounts and mitigated key risks, carrying out SWOT analysis. Brian also undertook the responsibility of generating client complaints trend analysis and was a presenter at the eClinicalWorks Skillset Workshop (Forecasting Escalation and Mitigation Plan). Brian holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Technology from Don Bosco and has completed his schooling from St. Xavier's Junior College, St. Pius X High School, and St. Xavier's High School. He has a relevant experience of 6.78 years and is proficient in the tech stack of testing.
