Brucelin Kithion is a seasoned technology leader with over 19 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, service-oriented architecture, and microservices. He has a proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise software applications and multi-tenant products that support high performance, scalability, availability, and security. Brucelin is a quick learner who can provide solutions to business problems using various methodologies and approaches. Brucelin has expertise in technology and architecture strategy, cloud migration, integration architecture, microservices, and SAAS multi-tenant architecture. He has achieved several milestones in his career, including setting up high-performing teams, identifying the right talent, and grooming and mentoring them to become 10X performers. He has also set up architecture and operations frameworks from scratch, automated mundane transactional tasks, fine-tuned application performance, and designed cloud-native applications that handle millions of users with 99.9999% availability while adhering to all security standards, including GDPR. Currently, Brucelin serves as the Head of the Center of Excellence at CoreStack, where he helps customers intelligently monitor/govern and manage their multi-cloud infrastructure of any size and scale. He has also worked as an Assistant Vice President at Neeyamo Enterprise Solutions, where he provided end-to-end technical architecture and guidance for SAAS HR product suite using microservices. He also spearheaded the cloud initiatives of the organization and managed the architecture and cloud engineering teams across multiple locations. Brucelin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras. He is proficient in microservices, AWS, infrastructure, integration, product management, frontend, Spring, Web, Spring Boot, AngularJS, ETL, and backend.
