Budi Kusmiantoro is an accomplished engineering executive with over 21 years of experience in the software industry. He has a successful track record of building teams and delivering high-impact products across various domains, including online travel, e-commerce, user and payment platforms, CRM systems, data management, fraud infrastructure, IP stack, and networking technologies. Currently, Budi is the CTO of Transport and Financial Services at Traveloka, where he oversees the company's transport and financial services, customer care, information, and security. In his previous role as VP Engineering, Core Product at Traveloka, he led the development of transport, user and payment platforms, PayLater and e-money, customer experience, and central QA. Prior to joining Traveloka, Budi was the CTO at OVO (PT Visionet Internasional), where he was responsible for all technical aspects of the company. He has also held senior engineering roles at various companies, including Yahoo, eBay, and PayPal. Budi holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University, where he spent two years in the program, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Universitas Tarumanagara.
