Bushra Alam is a seasoned Senior Software Test Engineer with over 7 years of experience in testing. She possesses extensive experience in functional automation testing as well as load testing. Bushra has worked on a plethora of tools including but not limited to Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, IBM RFT, IBM RPT, Jmeter, and Gatling. She loves to work on challenging projects and innovatively solve technical issues. Currently, Bushra is working as a Software Quality Analyst at Bechtel where she explores new Automation Testing Tools, designs, develops, and enhances Automation Testing Frameworks, develops Automation Test scripts, and develops Business Intelligence Dashboards. In the past, she has worked as an Intern at Oracle. Bushra has a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Software Engineering from Thapar University, which she completed in 2015. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Amity University in 2012. Apart from her professional work, Bushra is also an instructor at Udemy and TAU, where she shares her knowledge and expertise with others. She is also a Youtuber and Tech Blogger, where she shares her insights and experiences in the tech industry. Bushra's tech stack includes test, SDET, and Selenium.
